5 weeks in, and the inventory start feeling respectable.

So then, on to what’s going to happen in the immediate – and not so immediate future…

  • Delays for the Mamiya Sixes. Mainly I had problem with the rear elements, which is a shame as they are otherwise in a good shape. Out of 5 one is good, and one I managed to clean. The others are declared lost (the battles deserve a post in the future).
  • Additional smaller cameras. I like them and I think some quality ones deserve their place. I adopted an hi-matic F for the bike, but there’ll be more variety.
  • More Pentax cameras and lenses. Because OF COURSE I want to have more. These are round the corner!
  • An Olympus 35 SP has a working meter and spot meter, but still needs new leathers.
  • There will be Nikon gear coming – a wife’s favourite. I would hope to have it ready to deliver by Christmas, but it’s a stretch. Not impossible with some luck.
  • Quite possibly a TLR or two – but not the one pictured 🙂
  • Olympus half frames and 35 mm OMs are coming. I did like both hence: approved!
  • I’ll have a survey on the site – a few things I’d like to ask your opinion on. Will be circulated by mail\social\site.

In longer and more mysterious plans, we’re still experimenting with a range of  Japanese papers samples – it will be a while and customs these days are introducing additional delays. Medium format systems will arrive in 2024. We have new paints: military green and navy blue. I think something pretty can come out of that.
