14 days change-your-mind policy
Customers worldwide can request the purchase to be cancelled and be refunded of the cost of the product without providing an explaination*.
Please note that the product must be returned in the same conditions it was supplied and any loss of value will be charged on the customer.
While the cost of the product will be refunded in any case, please note we are not able to refund shipping costs for customers outside of the EU.
Just get in touch via the contact form or by emailng: hello@amarcordlab.com to get return instructions – we do aim to make it easy and we have agreements with specific couriers, so please speak with us!
*Please note that products sold in the OUTLET section are sold with visibly advertised defects and are not covered by this policy.
Hassle free returns
Upon requesting a return. we’ll arrange the options for product return – usually by arranging pick up in agreement with you and providing return labels so the items can be posted back.
As soon as the item is back we can issue a refund on the same payment system used for the original purchase.
What if WE messed up?
If the product is not functional*, or if its conditions are not as advertised, we offer 14 days returns all the same.
We are working on offering extended warranty \ optional CLAs on some items but are not quite there yet.
Please note that damage due to improper usage is not covered by our warranty and will hinder the possibility of asking for a return\refund. Items are inspected upon arrival.
*”OUTLET” products are different in that they clearly specify some DEFECTS in the specific section. OUTLET products are not covered by warranties for the defects mentioned in the descriptions or other defects that appeared later.
